(2)Perform the authentication (initial setting) of the dedicated application after turning off the Wi-Fi of your device.
Insert SIM card into your device, turn off the Wi-Fi and launch the dedicated application
so that the initial setting will be completed automatically.
In case the initial setting is not performed automatically, initial setting screen will be displayed. And then set the followings.
・"SIM card phone number"：Phone number stated on the SIM card where the IC chip is embedded.
・"Mail Address"：Mail address registered when your application
Tuen off Wi-Fi and launch the application to display the initial setting screen.
And then set the followings.
・"SIM card phone number"：Phone number stated on the SIM card where the IC chip is embedded.
・"Mail Address"：Mail address registered when your application
(3)The completion of the initial setting of the dedicated application allows you to start using the following services.
・Wi-Fi-Spot Connection
→Launch the dedicated application and turn on Wi-Fi in your device, so that the connection is automatically established in the target spot.
(The connection may not be established depending on the signal weakness
and traffic congestion.)
※Communication data volume to connect Wi-Fi spot
is not counted in the consumption of the "Available Data Volume."
・WirelessGate Wi-Fi spot search
→Can search 40,000 Wi-Fi spots provided by WirelessGate nationwide.
・Check of the remaining volume of "Available Data Volume"
→Read in the data transmission volume in the application in real time
and display the remaining available data volume.
After the initial setting of the dedicated application and starting the application, if you turn on the Wi-Fi in your device,
it results in the connection in the target spot automatically.
※If your device does not support the dedicated application, the connection with Wi-Fi spot is not possible.
※To establish Wi-Fi spot connection, ID and password is not necessary.
※In the following cases, LTE / 3G connection may be prioritized.
・In case the traffic in Wi-Fi spot is congested
・In case the signal in Wi-Fi spot is unstable
※A few seconds may be necessary to connect with target spot.
(It is possible to need more than ten seconds for the initial connection.)
≪Check the following issues when the connection cannot be established.≫
⇒Whether LTE or 3G internet connection is possible or not
Whether APN setting is correct or not. If not, the authentication of the dedicated application and Wi-Fi spot connection is not possible.
